Lakeside HealthCare (LHC) is a comprehensive healthcare provider with a network of services throughout the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and San Gabriel Valleys in California. Our healthcare system includes over 300 primary care physicians and 1,500 specialists, affiliations with urgent care centers, premier hospitals, labs and other medical support services such as outpatient surgery centers and physical therapy.

To serve our communities more fully we have integrated two medical groups into our healthcare system: Lakeside Medical Group and Lakeside Medical Associates. Through these two groups, patients with different types of health insurance are able to choose a physician who is affiliated with Lakeside HealthCare.

Lakeside Medical Group
An independent physician association, Lakeside Medical Group physicians practice in their own private offices and have aligned with LHC to provide medical services to patients with HMO insurance plans.

Lakeside Medical Associates
Lakeside Medical Associates (LMA) physicians are employed by LMA and work within a multi-speciaty group providing care to HMO patients as well as those with PPO, EPO, Medicare and other types of insurance.

Management Services
With sophisticated management systems, LHC provides the complex healthcare administration needed by physicians, medical groups and independent physician associations.
