History of Lakeside HealthCare

Lakeside HealthCare, Inc. (LHC) was formed through the business combination of Lakeside Health Services, Inc. and Medco Associates, Inc. on November 21, 1997. LHC provides management and administrative services to Lakeside Medical Group, Inc. (LMG), a California medical professional corporation, and to Lakeside Medical Associates, A Medical Group, Inc. (LMA), a staff model medical group, under long term management services agreements. LMG arranges for the provision of healthcare services by contracting with private practice physicians and other healthcare professionals as an independent practice association (IPA), and LMA provides such services through its physician employees. LHC has extensive experience in managing unaffiliated, independent physician associations.
